Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Promotions are available to new and returning customers, but not to current customers with an active rental, and are not valid on unit transfers or additional units.
• Limit one promotion per customer, household, or address. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer and have no cash value.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to rent. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a promotion if abuse, duplicate accounts, or misrepresentation is suspected.
• First Month $1: Applies to the first month's rent only on select unit sizes and is auto-applied at move-in. Any administration fee, required protection/insurance, and taxes are not discounted and are due at move-in. The standard monthly rate applies for every following month.
• 12-Month Prepay (Code SAVENOW): Requires payment of 12 months in advance at checkout. A 10% discount applies to each month and a bonus 13th month is provided free. Prepaid rent is non-refundable except where required by law; the bonus month has no cash value.
• Minimum stay / early move-out: If you vacate before the promotional period ends, the promotional discount is forfeited and the difference between the discounted and standard rate becomes due. Your security deposit may be retained to cover this amount.
• Enrollment in automatic payments may be required to receive a promotion.
• All promotions are subject to unit availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Standard rental agreement terms apply.
